We had two days of formation with the new Provincial Bursars on October 23 and 24. The Sessions were organized in Spanish and English separately in order to facilitate participation and the deepening of the themes. We began reading a text from the Gospel of Luke that allowed us to share on the attitudes with which we live our service.
We deepened on the roles of leadership and on how to prepare the Budget, Balance Sheet and the Financial Report that have to contain the economic files of the Province. Finally, we shared on a document that allowed us to reflect on Poverty, transparency, ethical investments, and the origin and use of money. The encounter has given us the desire to continue walking together deepening on the specific themes of our service.
